With more than 20 years of public sector experience at the city, county and state levels, and five years in the private sector as a transportation planning consultant, Anoch brings comprehensive expertise across nearly all facets of planning. Her background includes multimodal transportation planning, land use and comprehensive planning, growth management, urban design, development review, bicycle/pedestrian safety studies and audits, corridor studies, grant writing, contract management, and public engagement.

She received her Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University in April 2000.

Anoch firmly believes that personal well-being and a community's health, economic vitality, and long-term environmental and fiscal sustainability are closely linked to the quality of the built environment and ease and efficiency for movement of people and goods.
