Projects are selected from the Long Range Transportation Plan Cost Feasible Plan to advance to the List of Priority Projects. The LOPP is used to develop the Florida Department of Transportation's (FDOT) Tentative Five-Year Work Program, which is then incorporated into the TPO's Five-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
The LOPP contains projects to be funded in the new fifth year of the work program.
