Alison Moss Recognized for TPO Contribution
At our June Board Meeting, the TPO Board and Executive Director presented Alison Moss, Alachua County Transportation Planning, a certificate of appreciation for her support as the TPO’s Deputy Executive Director during the transition to becoming a semi-independent agency.

2026/27-2030/31 TIP Approved
The Gainesville & Alachua County TPO Board approved the 2026/27-2030/31 Transportation Improvement Program with 167 projects totaling over $1 billion for the next five years. The largest investments are for repair and maintenance (45.42%) and transit (24.58%).

Transportation Planning Organization Rebrands, Begins Drafting Next 2-Year Plan
The Gainesville & Alachua County Transportation Planning Organization, previously called the MTPO, is updating its current Unified Planning Work Program while developing a draft version for fiscal years 26-28.
