The TPO has prepared an amendment to the FY 2026/2028 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) to receive its de-obligated funds and incorporate them into planning for FY 2026/27. In accordance with the Public Participation Plan, the 21-day commenting period is hereby open for the TPO to receive public comments on the proposed UPWP Amendment.
